Mina oljemålningar speglar sinnesstämningar från förr och nu.
När jag börjar måla utgår jag från en känsla och låter sedan bilden växa fram under arbetets gång.
”Ett måleri om andens längtan” som Stig Åke Stålnacke uttryckte det i en recension.

Jag har även upptäckt leran som ett stimulerande uttrycksmedel. En del av skulpturerna skapas helt från fantasin, andra anknyter till möten med människor i olika skeden av livet.
Skulpturerna gör mig glad och min förhoppning är att även betraktaren ser den humor, värme och glädje som jag vill förmedla.
Jag gör även andra föremål i stengods, dessa föredrar jag att kavla, tumma eller ringla.

Genom åren har jag deltagit i en rad jurybedömda utställningar, både i Sverige och utomlands, t.ex.

-About Me and My Art-

My oil paintings reflects different states of mind from the past and the current. My paintings starts
from a feeling within and from this feeling the painting develops while I am creating.
Stig Åke Stålnacke once expressed it as ” paintings about the longing of the soul” in a review he
wrote.

I discovered that working with clay is a very inspiring way of expression. Some of my sculptures
are born while working, some are made in the land of imagination and others have connections to
people I met at different stages in life.
The sculptures brings me joy and my hope is that they will do so to other people as well. I hope
anyone can feel the warmth and sometimes humor that I am trying to communicate with these
sculptures.

In addition to the clay sculptures I also make other things in clay and ceramics. I prefer to use my
hands to build these items and I stay away from the traditional wheel. Instead I use hand-
building, rolling and pinching to form the pottery and various clay projects I do.

Througout the years I have participated in several art exhibitaions, both in Sweden and abroad,
