Second impressions: In some of my paintings, women have been pushed to the corner of the image; it exposure the women in empty spaces around. It has been try to minimize women in the social restrictions and ignoring womanhood in the home, environment and relationships, and gradually fading and pushing femininity to outside of life.
In another series, I worked with curtains; I want to survey about woman’s privacy and check its relationship with female virginity. The issues and challenges in a woman’s life continue to be my biggest inspiration for painting, and have not let go of me yet. This continues to be my biggest motivation for working these days.

I was born after Iranian revolution of 1979. This revolution gifted a lot of limitations to women in Iran, including any activity related to art. I loved drawing since I could hold a pencil in my little fingers, but I did not receive enough mentally and emotionally supports from my parents by the time. They knew the suppressed era for women in Iran is not a good atmosphere for me to promote my skills, so they pushed me to mathematic collage. I got my bachelor degree in an unwanted degree, and then I tried to find a way to catch what I want, so I started to work professionally in art at Tehran’s Art and Architecture University since 2008. Gradually, young women wanted to take back their freedom, so artist exposed their intentions in their work. My subject is about a woman and her life, and I am trying to depict my creature’s feelings in different situations. My works shows part of a woman’s every day challenges, issues, impediments, and taboos in her life in this period of time in Iran. Already, my subject caught many people’s eyes at the Art Expo Association of Iranian Painters, and this encouraged me to work on a solo exhibition in Iran.
