My name is Daria Ivashkina (D.IVA), I am a professional artist, art curator, organizer of exhibitions, sculpture symposiums and art residencies based in Russia.

I have extensive experience in art residencies and sculpture symposiums abroad. Geography from Canada to China. Worked with Bartenev, Polunin, made objects for Arkhstoyaniye and Vyksa, took part in preparations for the Sochi Olympics 2014.

My artworks are found in many private, municipal and corporate collections around the world in Canada, a park in Korea, a nature reserve in China, private collections in Germany, Denmark, Estonia and France.

And of course there are my paintings in different cities of Russia.

At the age of 10 I went to study at art school, at 19 I entered the faculty of architecture at the art academy, at 28 I got another degree as a psychologist and a teacher, in order to teach my courses. Now I'm 40 and will get a degree in art this year.

I have through my artistic journey exhibited widely both internationally and nationally.

I teach art courses for real-life amateurs and run art marathons on social media.

I'm currently doing some commissioned paintings and selling my work through Instagram.

I'm a hard-working artist who can't imagine life without painting.

I paint almost every day, creating an average of 5-8 pieces a month.

I currently have more than 40 works painted on large canvases 40*50 cm and larger.

I have been selling my artworks successfully offline and through social media and I want to start selling them online.

I study psychology and art history. I am incorporating ideas into my work for those who will view it in an exhibition or in their homes.

My paintings are completely original and each piece is unique.

I do my paintings in oils, acrylics mainly on canvas.

I enjoy working with oil paints using both classic and contemporary techniques.
