I live and paint in an idyllic setting in a hamlet on the edge of Dartmoor, a National Park in the South West of England. I look out over a farming community that changes with the seasons and never fails to be an inspiration. I don't often paint the scenes from my window but the inspiration leads to other creativity.
I love experimenting with paint combined with textures, reflective materials, found objects, but I use conventional supports, framed canvases or cotton covered board. Although I do series of some of my paintings, I am too impatient and adventurous to be tied into a particular style.
I try to ensure that my work where possible is ready to hang when it arrives with my customer. I have sold my work to collectors in both home and international markets. I have recently launched my own website called www.artycrafty.biz
