Elle vit et travaille à Marseille. Diplômée des Beaux-Arts de Marseille (INSEAMM) en 2016, elle est membre de l'atelier Hyph et des ateliers Jeanne Barret; Charlotte est également directrice artistique de la Cie (Pour)suivre, laboratoire pluridisciplinaire crée en 2021.
C’est avec le travail d’écriture que s’amorce ses recherches. Un mot, un objet, un détail suffit à la rédaction d’un récit, d’un poème, d'un mode d'emploi. Ces écrits deviennent l’incipit à la réalisation de nouvelles sculptures, dessins ou performances. Elle mène des collaborations avec aussi bien des danseurs, des musiciens que des salariés d'une entreprise. Forme et fonction l’interrogent. L’objet vidé de sa fonction première rejoint, dans un glissement de forme et de sens, une autre typologie, d’objet utilitaire à objet sculptural ou dessiné.
Elle a été sélectionnée et invitée dans différentes résidence de recherches et de production : la résidence en entreprise Travail!Travail! avec l'entreprise Cadentia à Aubagne (partenariats : Mécènes du Sud, Collective, Artcade & INSEAMM)en 2018; Créations en cours #5, les Ateliers Médicis à Noisy le grand (93) en 2021, résidence de recherche avec l'institut français de Tanger au Maroc en 2021, Carte blanche au Chantier Naval Borg en 2022 à Marseille,
Son travail a été présenté à la Collection Lambert à Avignon en 2016, au Carreau du Temple durant la Biennale Pact(e) à Paris en 2019, à la galerie Artcade*galerie des grands bains douches à Marseille en 2018, à la Biennale CRAC en 2020 et à la Maison des arts à Champigny en 2021, dans l'espace d'art Metaxu à Toulon en 2021, à la friche de la belle de mai en 2022 (Fraeme), au Festival Sonic Protest 2022.
