Former student of the National School of Decorative Arts in Nice (06), after the baccalaureate, Cathy studied drawing in all its forms, engraving, modeling and painting for 4 years.
Having always painted and exhibited, it is however since 2014 that she has been able to devote herself totally to painting, as a professional artist.
< p>Its beautiful Poitou-Charentes region is rich in art fairs and various competitions, so its activity is intense.Cathy loves her job passionately.
She favors creation "on the pattern", allowing great spontaneity, but her work in the studio is no less important. Nature is the primary source of his need to create. At the studio, from her own photos, her research is constant, and she remains humble and aware of the constant work to be provided, creation being a state in perpetual evolution of discoveries and wonderful surprises. On the canvas, a long dialogue is established between shapes, colors, brushstrokes. Don't 'say too much', let the eye of the beholder do its own thing.
His studio in Sud-Vienne can be visited all year round, by appointment.
