His father is the painter Jaime, his greatest master.
He participates in several exhibitions, and in one of these he meets a German dealer who organizes an individual exhibition for the Carlos Nascimento in Germany with the theme "FAVELAS".
His favelas as well as landscapes of Rio were acquired by collectors from several countries.
