I love spending my time with kids. Their presence in my studio brings energy, joy & encouragement. I learn a lot from their innocence activities which help me to create those things which I done in my own childhood days. We all have those memories & when we see those around we relate to our own or I can say they help us to get back there for some time. I work in different medium (Acrylic, Oil & Mix media), but for this particular series I prefer Acrylics. With brush I use different tools to give a blurry & shady ambience without distorting the characters. Its a unique style where I use masking tapes, spatula, cardboard etc to give it a contemporary / expressionism look while keeping the fine art aesthetics in it.

Acrylic

Paint using traditional pigments mixed with synthetic resins.

Charcoal

Drawing made with a branch of Willow or charcoal of charred Europe. It enables to obtain very deep blacks, precise traces, thin or on the contrary very broad, depending on the way it is used.

Gouache

The substances are diluted with water and rendered pasty and opaque by the addition of gum and honey. The colors become opaque and can, therefore, be superimposed, which makes one paint with gouache as with oil. The gouache is recommended by its bright, fresh and delicate tones.

Graphite

Black and white drawing made with a pencil, an instrument made of a small wooden stick used as a sheath for a graphite mine of the same length.

Ink

A strongly tinted liquid or paste that is used to mark paper or other printable materials. The design is done manually with a slab, feather, brush, or straightener.

Oil

Paint consisting of pigments bound with linseed oil or carnations. The traditional technique consists of superimposing layers of paint increasingly rich in oil for a solid and durable hanger.

Watercolor

Watercolor is a painting in which gum arabic binds transparent pigments revealing the support of the painting. The gouache, of identical composition, is opaque. A watercolor is a water-based painting on paper. We rarely speak of a painting for a work painted in watercolor. Watercolor paintings are considered to be a unique way to creatively represent dreams, illusions, emotions and luminous feelings using water soluble pigments. However, painting with watercolors can be difficult. It's a difficult medium to master, in large part because it can be ruthless and unpredictable. Mistakes are difficult to correct and its fluid nature makes it difficult to control. Yet it is these very qualities that give the medium its undeniable charm.

The stencil is a technique that allows you to reproduce a pattern using a pre-cut plate that is superimposed on the support.
