The project "In-out model" raises the issue of self-identification of a person and its relationship with society in this matter. Where does our perception of ourselves end and dependence on others' opinions? The human person grows out of the interpersonal interactions of society and the perception of others. Can we remain who we are and are I without the opinion of others?

Apollinariia Ilina is a photographer, cinematographer, and artist based in Moscow. She was educated in Cinematography and has a master's degree in Art History. Artists' works were presented in Arles, Paris, and Moscow.

Apollinariia reveals in her works the psychology of human perception and self-identification. Based on cultural memory, the artist works with the psychology of perception of the human body in concept problems. She works with the body object, using semiotics and technical modifications, creating a certain image: "What we see is our experience."

Working with a mirror reveals and discards elements of the imaginary and leaves only the pure reality of consciousness and experience. Thus, reflection is a field of reality, sincerity, and sometimes mysticism of the author, and the mirror is a canvas.
