It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

I created this artwork using the digital language, letting myself be guided by instinct and the power of color. It is a digital creation that expresses an intense visual conversation, an exploration of depth and energy that manifests through broad and decisive gestures.
On the digital surface, red predominates, emerging in vibrant and almost pulsating masses, both in the upper and lower parts of the composition. These red areas are not flat, but reveal the traces of the gesture, layers and nuances that add a virtual material richness and a sense of organic movement.
At the center, a horizontal band of bright cerulean blue cuts through the space, creating a strong chromatic and compositional contrast with the surrounding red. This blue line is not sharp, but jagged, like an emotional horizon or a passage between two states of mind. Below the blue, a dark line of black and deeper blue adds weight and depth, anchoring the composition and creating a sense of layering. Bright yellow accents emerge at various points, small flashes of light that add vitality and complexity.

Alessandro Butera is a contemporary Italian artist. His works range from Pop Art to abstraction to informal, and are very recognizable. Butera has always worked in the art world, first as a dealer and gallery owner, and then as an interpreter. With various personal studies and various trips in search of contemporary art masterpieces in the best European museums, he has explored issues related to the pictorial currents of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, falling in love with various styles and pictorial currents and experimenting with them.
