Born in Dhi Qar and based in Diwaniyah, his artwork is inspired by the rich cultural and historical heritage of Iraq. He blends authenticity with modernity to express personal, social, and humanitarian themes. Akram is committed to lifelong learning and uses his art to foster dialogue and cultural understanding.
