I was born in Russia, and from an early age, I was captivated by the world of art. I would spend hours studying reproductions of paintings and exploring my father’s suitcase filled with film rolls, cameras, developing solutions, and tools for printing and processing film. At the age of six, I began formal training in painting at an art school, where I developed a strong foundation in color theory, composition, and artistic taste.
Later, I pursued my studies at an art college, specializing in painting, where my passion for photography was reignited. It quickly became a serious endeavor. I fell in love with the art of photography, learning from seasoned photographers and immersing myself in the works of renowned masters. After college, I continued my education in cinematography at the University of Film and Television in St. Petersburg. Today, I work as a film and video cinematographer.
Photography, however, remains my first love. Through my work, I strive to convey my unique vision and emotional perception of the world. I aim to capture the subtle contrasts in depth and intensity, the dynamic flow, and the magical essence of each fleeting moment. My goal is to create images that resonate deeply, inviting viewers to experience the world through my eyes and feel the profound beauty and energy within it.
