Mini Biography in English Fernando Ramires is a self-taught painter, born in Olhão, dedicated to painting since 2005.
A strong passion that started by using old skateboard decks as a canvas. An artist, who is not tied to styles or trends, he developed his own way of expressing thoughts, thus creating his visual signature.
Is inspired by the world and the human imagination. He mixes mysticism, history, symbolism, mythology, astrology, anthropology and geometry both of organic and geometric forms; smooth lines and a multitude of elements that all come together in perfect harmony in his work.
His paintings are a huge sensory stimulation. They transport the observer through time and space, thus establishing conceptions between ancient and modern times, inside and outside and most importantly, between real and imaginary.
