Alban Fréneau est un artiste plasticien professionnel basé à Paris.
Il puise l’essentiel de son inspiration dans l’esthétique urbaine incarnant pour lui l’expression d’un chaos politique. Il entend ainsi que ses œuvres se fasse l’écho de ce désordre, incarné en particulier dans ses murs usés à l’infini par l’activité humaine.
Le travail d’Alban, défini comme « URBAN GRUNGE ART » oscille ainsi dans le conflit qu’il tente d’équilibrer entre un ordre et un désordre plastique assumé.
Ses œuvres, à l’esthétique puissante et trouble, s’affirment comme autant de mystères à déchiffrer, exprimant une forme d’incompréhension, de déliquescence et d’incongruité, laquelle se veut refléter sa vision de notre société.
Alban est représenté de manière permanente par deux galeries françaises.
Il est par ailleurs membre de la Fondation Taylor et de l'Association des Artistes à la Bastille.
