Stefano Rosa si diploma Maestro e Perito d’Arte (Sez. Ceramica) all’Istituto Statale d’Arte “U. Preziotti” di Fermo FM.
Consegue poi l’Abilitazione all’insegnamento di Ed. Artistica e Storia dell’Arte sotto la guida di G. Pende, S. Fornarola, C. Corrina, G. Ciarrocchi e M. Stortini.
Premiato nel 1976 al concorso internazionale per allievi d’Istituti d’Arte in Faenza.
Dopo alcuni anni di ricerca e sperimentazione su varie tecniche e materiali approda ad uno stile personale.
Espone in varie mostre nel territorio fermano per approdare nel gennaio 2007 in una Personale
