Li Weiping (stage name of Clouds),who is both an on-job professor and a Chinese national artist, is the vice president of the Traditional culture protection depatrment in the Ministry of Chinese culture. He is also the vice Minister of the Chinese freehand culture inheritance associate,and the vice Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand Bangkok academy. He has been an ink and wash painting Professor of Tsinghua University Academy of fine arts, and the former vice president of the Guangdong Institute of arts. In the 70', he was graduated from the Guangzhou Acmdemy of Fine Arts and Tsinghua University,and also graduated from the Central Academy of fine arts. He has been leaded by many famous artists in China, such as Li Keran, Fang Rending, Li Xiongcai, Guan Shanyue and Wu Guanzhong. His works has been showed on "People's Daily", "China culture Daily" and Guangdong TV station. And the works has been received many awards and by auction. Many works has been collected by Chinese community in Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan, Singapore, the United States, Venezuela, Mauritius, Canada, France, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland and Germany. The works also has been showed at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse of Beijing and the Great Hall of P.R.C.
