During a trip to Mexico, Olivier is taken by this sprawling town, full of light and
impregnated by history which grabs the young man, moves him, exciting
both his imagination and sensitivity. As he paints them the artist gives new
faces to the various neighbourhoods of the city, the memory of many colours
is mingled with the inevitable churches. Impossible to miss, they are a vital
element to the population. In Mexico, many buildings are in ruins but
churches, always remain in a perfect state…
