In the maze of art, between the din of the news and the calm of his personality, his works emerge as a response to a sensationalist social culture.

In the treatment of her subjects, she favors an approach that puts the themes of everyday life, everyday life, at the center of her projects, by associating a simple, playful and above all critical aspect. Resolutely oriented towards current affairs and contemporary art, in 2007 she defended a master's degree in arts sciences and techniques on "the current events of the Gulf War in contemporary art".

In 2011, just after the Tunisian revolution, she participated in an exhibition on the theme "madness under the dictatorial spirit" with a painting assemblage "life is elsewhere" produced in 2010 but which she could not exhibit because the work openly criticizes Ben Ali's policy.

His talent vibrates with current events, society, the world...

In 2012, she participated in an exhibition organized by the Italian Association "IL QUADRATO MODIGLIANESE" of the city of Modigliana (Italy), in collaboration with the Museum "KLEINSASSEN" of Hofbieber (Germany) and "EFESTO - Salon des Artistes" in la Marsa (Tunisia) on the theme of “the crisis”. The global crisis.

His artistic work is more a search for attitude than an exploitation of mediums. A ritualized practice that draws its source from what is there, from what meets his daily life.

In 2013, she participated in a multidisciplinary artistic event (theater, photography, archaeologist, sociology, dance, plastic arts). She presented an installation (in situ) and a performance. Space, movement, rhythm, colors and technical sobriety characterize his work. Whether with the exterior space or with the interior space, installation or performance, what brings first is the confrontation with reality. Pushing the boundaries of reality weaves the foundation of his work.

Biography
Born in Tunis in 1981 Hela has dedicated all her free time to the practice of drawing and painting since her early childhood. After fine arts studies in ISBAT, she put all her energy in teaching.

In 2009, finally able to achieve her deep desire: art creation, she plans to devote her life to her art.
Through art events, overwhelming news and a calm personality, her work emerges as a response to a sensationalist social culture.

In treating her subjects, she privileges an approach that focuses on the everyday life facts and events, and that associates one playful, simple and critical fact. Definitely oriented to actuality and contemporary art, her master in arts sciences and techniques in 2007 dealt with “actuality of the gulf war in contemporary art”.

In 2011, just after the Tunisian revolution, she took part in an exhibition whose theme was 'La folie sous l'esprit dictatorial' by an assembly painting 'Life is elsewhere' achieved in 2010 but not exposed because widely critical to Ben Ali's regime .
Her talent swings through news, society and the the world...

In 2012, she participated in an exhibition organized in Italy by the association “IL QUADRATO MODIGLIANESE” from the city of Modigliana (Italy), in collaboration with the Museum “KLEINSASSEN” of Hofbieber (Germany) and “EFESTO – Salon des Artistes” in la Marsa (Tunisia) dealing with the crisis “The crisis”. The global crisis.
In 2013, she took part in a multidisciplinary (dance, theatre, photography, plastic arts) artistic event where she presented an art installation and a performance. NOSTOI foundation.

In 2014, she intervenes in Medina of Sousse by two installations; the first inside a gallery entitled “I am not on my plate” and the second is outdoors entitled “Ballet”. Both are related by the use of everyday life objects a dish and a ballet.
Trying to push the limits of reality is the basis of her work. Projects that she initiates reveal a quest on the possibilities to transform the vision of the everyday life. “At five years old, I am an artist, at 10 I am a detective, at 15 I am a researcher, at 20 I am a student in mathematics, at 25 I am a teacher, at 30 I am free and at 33 I am an artist.”
