Devis Ponzellini

Devis Ponzellini was born in Monteggio (Switzerland Ticino), on July 31, 1976. After compulsory schooling, he undertook a professional technical training in the IT sector. Years later he will leave this field no longer feeling comfortable in this work environment. During these years the passion for art is like a silent boiling love that will have full rein in the following years. Among jars, brushes, oil paints, sleepless nights and casual materials, he carries out his self-taught path immersing himself and clashing with historical styles, especially Dadaism and Surrealism. Since 2009 he has exhibited regularly in collective and in institutes in his area and in Italy.
