Elvira Basic

My name is Elvira Basic . I was born in Split which is in Croatia ...one of the oldest ( 1700 yrs ) and for sure the most beautiful town on the Adriatic coast , built by the Romans . Split is UNESCO -town , full of historical monuments and where you can really feel artistic spirit wherever you go . Is it so strange than ...that I was an artist with all my heart .
I am a member of art association ...I took a part on many different exibitions...I was working on many different projects ( paintings for a hotel , hospital , villas , galleries abroad ) Each painting is unique my technique is also unique ,and one can never find any similar artwork .All my artworks are oil paintings .
I am not doing many paintings ...I am working only when I really have an inspiration , and each painting is little part of my life ...I am not doing that for money ...I am doing that because I have to do that , it's just my destiny .
