Ho acquisito il dono dell'arte dalla mia mamma. Da piccina lei dipinse la mia stanza creando sulla parete il bosco di Bambi e così, il mondo del disegno giungeva per la prima volta ai miei occhi. Per me era semplice e naturale, bastava solo riprodurre sulla carta ciò che i miei occhi di bambina vedevano. Esattamente per come vedevano. E sempre come la mia mamma, ogni mia creazione inizia sempre dagli occhi: la parte più umana, più profonda, più suscettibile di ogni persona. Dentro gli occhi di chiunque, anche la persona più vuota, se si guarda a fondo si cela sempre qualcosa. Si cela sempre la pietà. I miei lavori preferiti sono sempre stati i volti femminili, in onore della grazia e della gentilezza che contraddistingue quel magico sesso.
Nel corso della mia vita ho sviluppato varie tecniche da autodidatta, e dal 2008 ho iniziato ad utilizzare la tecnica del drybrush, olio su carta.
Ad oggi mi occupo di realizzare ritratti ed opere su commissione e per collezione privata, eseguite in tecniche miste, principalmente in bianco e nero, in stile realistico. Il tocco di colore? È dato dai fiori. Veri fiori , scelti in accordo alle attitudini personali.
Amo gli animali...per questo non li mangio. Ma li mangio con gli occhi e li ritraggo su carta.
Ritengo che l'arte sia beffarda. Se provi ad ignorarla, se ti senti lontano da lei, lei è lì, e con il filo di seta con cui ti tiene, riavvolgendolo, ti riaccosta a sé. È in un certo senso spietata. E come ogni amante che si respinga, non c'è attimo più sensuale e avvenente del momento in cui lei ti fa sua. L'arte la devi amare e basta. E io mi sono completamente arresa a lei.
