 At the age of 12,my father took me to the Brighton Museum where,for the first time,I saw surrealist artworks,from the Edward James collection.
I was amazed and enthralled at the sight of Dalí's,Swans reflecting Elephants and Magritte's,Red Model...I new then that I had to express my thoughts,feelings and imagination,through art.
As if destined...the art teacher,Mr Gordon Faulkner,at my new school,was a Dalí lookalike,moustache as well.We hit it off immediatley and the following school years were full of creating and developing my art expression...
