Stella Violano is known for her portraits of homeless pets in city and private animal shelters. Her philosophy is that art can make a difference- if just in the life of one animal. Her work has won international acclaim and her studies of homeless pets have become a favorite amongst her collectors.
She often donates a generous portion of the sale proceeds to help the homeless pet that has been painted.
