Pierre Piton, een gepassioneerde en getalenteerde fotograaf, begon zijn carrière in de jaren tachtig als forensisch fotograaf. Zijn nauwgezette werk en scherpe observatievermogen leverden hem al snel een reputatie op als een gewetensvolle en toegewijde professional.
Vervolgens trad hij toe tot de SIRPA (Informatie- en Public Relations Dienst van de Strijdkrachten) als verslaggever-fotograaf. Zijn talent voor het vastleggen van sterke momenten en zijn vermogen om emoties over te brengen door middel van zijn foto's hebben hem tot een waardevolle aanwinst gemaakt binnen deze instelling.
Naast zijn werk bij SIRPA werkte Pierre Piton als filmprinter-filter, waarmee hij zijn fotografiekunst perfectioneerde. Fort de ses expériences et de son expertise, il a choisi de se lancer en tant que photographe indépendant en 1990. Depuis lors, il a enchaîné les missions variées en éditions, presse et communication, tout en développant une clientèle fidèle d'entreprises et de particulieren.
